Fusion tech suggest a thinner iPad Air 2 coming to WWDC 2014? Leaked pictures.

Francisco De Jesùs.

Above leaked pictures of the upcoming new version of the iPad Air (2) regular 9.7 inch format, is suggesting even a thinner tablet,  that will use a new screen technology that fuses together the LCD with the tablet’s cover glass, in what would open up more space inside the tablet’s case.

Apple could either use the extra space to throw in a bigger battery, leading to more autonomy, or it could make the device even thinner than it currently is.

The connectors seem to be located in different areas on the display, and “the LCD layer is already in the glass.”

Will Apple unveil the iPad Air (2) at the WWDC 2014 in June this time?
