Yahoo Inc. sold the social bookmarking service Delicious.com to the founders of YouTube.


Yahoo said in December it was in talks with companies to find a new home for Delicious, denying media reports that it planned to shut down the social bookmarking service.

Avos, a new Internet company run by Chad Hurley and Steve Chen, didn't disclose financial terms of the deal.
